DELIVERY & RETURNS
We are based in the UK and ship internationally. Delivery costs are based on the value and weight of goods and will be calculated at the online checkout. International customers will be responsible for any customs and duty fees.
To ensure that you receive your goods as soon as possible, we dispatch all orders via Royal Mail, by 1st class mail.
Each item is pre-handmade with love and care, so that it can reach you as soon as possible. You will receive a dispatch email to let you know when your order is on its way to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We always hope that you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to guide you through the refund or exchange process.
Products must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your wish for a refund or exchange. Please note, products will need to be returned in their original condition (not used, worn or damaged) and packaging for a refund or exchange to be issued.
Refund payments will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.
